Words of support, encouragement and gratitude throughout the pandemic crisis are keeping our care teams going.
Working tirelessly to keep our residents, staff, and their loved ones safe has at times been emotionally draining, but keeping our minds positive have been the telephone calls, emails and thank you cards from people just letting us know they are thinking about us.
You can image our surprise when we received a message from a complete stranger sharing her respect and admiration for our care teams and social care workers generally ‘please know that people care about you and value you more than you know. On behalf of us all, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.’
Adam Hutchison, Managing Director at Belmont Healthcare says.”The words in this letter really touched us. We have been so busy making sure our residents are safe, physically and mentally healthy, and positive. It isn’t easy not been able to see their loved ones, keeping everyone engaged, and making the best of the situation, has at times seemed like an uphill struggle, but we’ve done it. When we receive communication praising our care it provides us with a massive boost, please keep the messages coming, they really make a difference.”
