Sarah Pennington, Manager at Madeira Lodge Care Home, won the Registered Manager Award at the glittering Kent Care Awards held in Maidstone; two other team members received finalist awards; Haslington Lodge Activities Coordinator Tracey, and Chris our maintenance man, such a proud moment for our team.
