The Dymchurch based artisan cake maker Cake Hole sends a package of sweet thank yous to the staff at Sandbanks Lodge Care Home.
The donation box is part of the company’s wider initiative where a call out to the community requests nominations for deserving individuals and businesses working especially hard during these unprecedented times.
Sandbanks Lodge came top of the list to receive a donation box of thanks. Packed full of homemade cakes ranging from almond squares, snow ball cup cakes, vanilla fudge cupcakes, brownies, and blondies, all delivered with gratitude.
Lyselle Tart, registered manage at Sandbanks Lodge care home says: “This delightful delivery was such a lovely surprise. An incredibly thoughful gesture form Cake Hole that make us all feel incredibly appreciated. It certainly put a smile on our faces! Needless to say the cakes didn’t last very long!.”
