Well done to Sarah Pennington, registered manager at Madeira Lodge Care Home winner of the Residential Registered Manager Award at the Kent Care Awards 2021.
The award judges were impressed by Sarah’s strength of character and resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic as well as her sheer tenacity to ensure the people Madeira Lodge Care Home supports and cares for get what they need.
Judges applauded her work and had this to say; “Well done and thank you Sarah - the care sectorneeds more people like you.”
