A recent duo of appointments at Belmont Healthcare Group, a UK care group specializing in older person care, has pair turning their attention to a company-wide older person care strategy of excellence.
Recent appointments are Clare Swan, Head of Quality and Compliance, and Sallyann Briggs, Registered Care Manager. Both bring their considerable corporate older person care experience to the company after both working for a leading care group.
Bringing their collective experience to the development of the future of Belmont Healthcare, Clare is also a Board member for Kent Integrated Care Association and Sallyann a registered Mental Health Nurse, the duo will be responsible for the provision of the company’s older person care policy, quality and management.
Commenting on their new roles Clare says: “Joining such a forward thinking innovative team to provide the highest quality care to those living with dementia is a dream move. I’m very happy to be here and part of a family run company with shared values of a seamless service for older people.”
Sallyann Briggs adds: “I feel privileged to be part of the Belmont Healthcare team. As the manager of Haslington Lodge Care Home I’m really enjoying my work with the residents and care team to deliver top notch dementia care and looking forward to being part of the future of Belmont Healthcare as it grows and develops – exciting times ahead.”
