We'd like to introduce you to Rachel Lucas our newly appointed manager at Haslington Lodge Care Home.
Many of you will know Rachel. She has been with Haslington Lodge since 2008, first joined as a Healthcare Assistant she progressed quickly within the company becoming Senior Healthcare Assistant.
Rachel’s commitment to developing her knowledge and skills further didn’t stop there, she successfully achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, Health and Social Care, which led her to become Assistant Manager and now we welcome her as Manager.

She brings her considerable experience to the role and I am delighted to confirm she is now the home Manager.
