In a recent initiative to search for the best care reviews Belmont Healthcare launched a company wide initiative asking all family and friends for their reviews regarding service and care.
To incentivise the request the company promised to gift £100 to the residential care homes that received the most reviews.
In what was a very closely matched competition Madeira Lodge came out on top with reviews being left on the UK’s leading care home review website carehome.co.uk with a 9.8 score - the top being 10.

Clare Swan, Operations Director at Belmont Healthcare says: “We are always keen to learn of how our care and service is experienced. However we also appreciate it isn’t the top of many to do lists, so we thought we’d incentivise it donating £100 to the care home who secured the most reviews. I’m pleased to say the money gifted to Madeira Lodge Care Home will be put to use in the residents’ activity fund.”
