Edendale Lodge Care Home in Battle is on a mission to raise awareness and understanding of dementia

Fortunately, Edendale Lodge Care Home in Battle is hosting a dementia workshop for families and friends on Thursday, June 1st, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. This event is an opportunity for attendees to learn from an expert and gain valuable knowledge and advice on understanding and managing a person's dementia.
Guest speaker, Chris Elsley, from Forget Me Not Dementia Training, will be sharing her expertise on dementia care. Chris is a highly experienced trainer with a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in caring for people with dementia. Attendees can expect to learn valuable tips and strategies for caring for their loved ones with dementia, including how to communicate effectively, manage challenging behaviours, and create a safe and supportive environment.
