Building Relationships in our Local Community

Our Head Office team have been out and about again this week in our local community.

Andrea Vinten

Our Head Office team have been out and about again this week in our local community. Andrea (Marketing and Communications) and Lisa (Customer Relations) are seen here supporting a local care home in the Midlands who were showcasing their services. It was a great opportunity to meet other businesses associated with care for older people.

We have found that building local business relationships generates support for each other, it often allows crucial knowledge sharing too. We have found that like-minded businesses with shared values of the local community enhances and strengthens accountability, provides the best possible service for our clients, as well as fostering a culture of involvement where community members feel more invested in the wellbeing of local areas.

Engaged businesses contribute to the unique character of our communities - we see this not only in the Midlands where our Head Office and Home Care Service is based, but also within local areas in and around where our four Care Homes are based in Kent and East Sussex.

We strive to continue on our mission in creating thriving, connected and sustainable communities - we have found that doing so improves overall quality for local businesses connected with us, ourselves too, but most importantly for our residents and their families.

Andrea and Lisa's visit has developed into conversations with local businesses, allowing us to further develop and enhance activities and wellbeing support for our clients. More in this coming soon!
