Congratulations goes to Luke Stanton McGee who won the Ancillary Worker (back office) Award at the Kent Care Awards.
Now in its fourth year, the awards welcomed over 300 guests to a gala evening recognising caring excellence from front line workers in the care sector who work hard to improve the standard of care in the region.
This year over 200 nominations were received from companies across Kent with entries judged on dedication, commitment, innovation, career development, overall reputation, and examples of caring excellence.
Adam Hutchison, managing director says: “We’re all so proud of Luke who came out on top during an event that recognises the good work within the care sector. You do a great job Luke, such a worthy winner.”
The Annual Care Awards celebrate the work carried out by carers and care companies in Kent. The awards provide a chance to reward those people who have simply delivered something awesome whilst recognising the Kent care sector as a whole showing appreciation and recognising the good work everyone does day in day out, year after year. All winners of the awards will automatically be entered in the nominations for the Great British Care Awards South East section in Brighton in November.
