Kelly's career began at grassroots level, and over two decades, she has worked diligently to advance her knowledge and expertise.
Her journey in the care industry is marked by her unwavering belief that this was her chosen path, fuelled by her people person attitude and her strong desire to contribute positively to the community.
With a diverse background in care environments, Parker possesses extensive experience in managing Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Dementia care.
Her eight-year tenure managing care homes has been highlighted by her determination and the exceptional outcomes achieved under her leadership as a Registered Manager.
